Specification of fire detection and alarm systems designed to meet regulations for residental and common areas, integrated with emergency lighting and signage to ensure safe evacuation.
Design of passive fire protection measures including fire- resisting walls, floors, doors, and compartmentation to limit fire spread and protect escape routes.
Coordination of fire suppression systems where required, including sprinkler design and integration with building services.
Preparation of fire safety documentation, including risk assessments, evacuation plans, and certification for regulatory approval.

Compliation of access statements, certification, and supporting documentation to satisfy local authority and cerification bodies.
